Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase/delivery to qualify for an exchange to the same value or store credit (valid for one year from the date of purchase). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/replacements/exchanges after this time.

Please return the item in its original, pristine condition and packaging, the article/’s must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odour and physical damage. Please include the original receipt (or a copy if returning one item out of several purchased at the same time).

Please note that once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; Baagh reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece/product does not pass the quality check.

We process refunds in the form of store credit or money debited to your source account. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase/date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit, exchange, or refund.

Once we have received your returned item(s), you should receive your store within 7-10 business days in your Baagh account.

The brand is not liable for any product defects discovered 15 days after the date of purchase/ delivery.

You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:
- The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.
- The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by you.
- The product is not altered, unless proven vendor/manufacturing defect.
- Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.
- There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.
- The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
- Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
- We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable, and it passes our thorough quality check.
- Return of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On receipt of request for return of product on shop.baagh.pet and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners will get in touch with you to collect the purchased products from you.

We at ( BAAGH, shop.baagh.pet ) reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
For Cancellations, please contact us on ordersupport@baagh.pet or reach out to us via Whatsapp.
- Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped, and the order status is still reflected as ‘unfulfilled’. You can opt for a store credit or opt for another product in exchange for the same value or more. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

FOR MADE-TO-MEASURE AND CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
- As all made-to-measure orders are unique to cater to the specific requirements given to us by our clients, we cannot offer an exchange or a return on the order.
- We can alter the articles if required depending on the form of the product.
- If you wish to alter your product you’d have to ship it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

ON SALE PURCHASE
Products purchased on sale, altered, customised, sale items, and markdown items are non-returnable.The order(s) cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange, unless the article/’s received by you is damaged and not in pristine condition.
Returns and Refunds

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase/delivery to qualify for an exchange to the same value or store credit (valid for one year from the date of purchase). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time.
You may initiate the request of a return of a product if:- Product does not fit;
- both the product and shipping package have been damaged;
- Product is defective/damaged;
- parts of the Product or accessory are missing.
Returns are chargeable at Rs.150/- for domestic orders, per order. And the amount chargeable for returns on international order will be calculated depending upon region.- All domestic replacement/exchanges are done free of cost by Baagh.
- Dog tags and customised articles, promotions are non-returnable/exchangeable.
- In case your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you will have to courier the product.(Pickup receipt will be required for refund).
- If for any reason a damaged product is received by you or product is missing or If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours

For return portal -
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)?
- Fill in the required fields after entering your order details.
- Once the return/exchange request has been submitted, a pickup will be scheduled for your item(s). Our courier partner will collect your order within 1 to 7 days. All products must be returned unused, in pristine condition and all original packaging, tags, labels and receipt should be attached.
- Once collected, it will arrive at our warehouse for a quality check.
- In the case of exchanges, the new item(s) will be shipped out within 2-3 working days after the quality check is approved.
- In the case of returns, the order amount will be refunded and will reflect in your account within 10 to 14 business days after the quality check is approved. Please note a shipping cost of Rs. 150/- will be deducted from the order amount for any domestic returns.
