Shipping information

As soon as an order is accepted, the delivery time for your shipment will begin. This includes a period of 2 working days in which our warehouse will process and dispatch your shipment from Monday through Friday. In case of restocking, the shipment period may take longer and our team will send you a notification of delay and revised date of delivery via email.

If an item in your order isn’t immediately available in our warehouse, then please allow us 1 to 2 weeks for your purchase to be processed. Your order may be processed in multiple shipments, in which case you will be notified of the tracking number when each shipment occurs.

We provide free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

We provide free standard shipping globally on order value exceeding INR 10000.

Next-day and express delivery options available. For next-day/express delivery, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Please Note- Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Note: If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

LOST PACKAGES:

TAXES AND DUTIES
The prices of products are exclusive of all applicable state and central taxes for domestic orders, and also exclude customs and duties for international orders. All applicable customs and duties shall be borne by the customer for international orders.

All delivery options, prices and taxes are specified in your cart, as well as on the checkout page, before payment. No delivery will be made by Baagh if complete payment of the order vis not fulfilled.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS ?
International shipping from India to these countries is prohibited. List of countries include - North Korea, Iran, Syria, Myanmar, Sudan and South Sudan.

What happens if my order is delayed ?
If delivery is delayed for any unforeseen circumstance/reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

In case of order cancellation by baagh:
In an unfortunate case where we are unable to deliver your order for whatever reason within 45 days of purchase, we will refund the debited amount back to your source account.

Replacements and Exchanges
India – 30 days replacements from the date of product delivered.

International – 30 days replacements from the date of product delivered.

Shipping charges for replacement requests will be borne by Baagh for domestic orders. Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount.

Exchange orders are not eligible for returns or store credit. Exchanges are final and cannot be reversed for a refund once initiated.

Please note : Kindly return the item in its original, pristine condition and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. Please include the original receipt (or a copy if returning one item out of several purchased at the same time).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return/exchange if the article(s) are not in the original, pristine condition and packaging, the article/’s must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor and physical damage.
Returns and Refunds

India – 30 days returns from the date of product delivered.

International – 30 days returns from the date of product delivered.

Shipping charges will be borne by the customer if you wish to return the piece. You will be charged Rs. 150 which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping will be borne by Baagh only under the following conditions:
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the piece.
- If the package received is damaged.

Please note that the product must be unused, in pristine condition and all tags and labels should be attached along with original packaging.

Also, note that merchandise that has been altered,customized, sale items, and markdown items are non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and runs through a quality check within 24 hours. Thereafter on approval, the refund will reflect in your original payment mode within 21 business days.

Once we have received your returned item(s), you should receive your store credit within 5-10 business days.
